Bill asks for an initial interview to learn about the consumer and their needs. This can be done virtually with the Service Facilitator or in person with the consumer.

Bill begins with the understanding that 3-4 sessions may be needed to establish rapport with a consumer. If all parties feel comfortable with the services Bill offers, it’s a win!

Scope of delivery: Bill generally provides sessions lasting 60—120 minutes on a weekly basis with adjustments as needed due to consumer availability or weather. Travel is an additional 60-120 min maximum per session. Bill frequently combines travel to visit other consumers to reduce travel time. All sessions are outdoors, in the community or local parks.

Bill communicates with parents, guardians and the consumer to determine appropriate scheduling during inclement weather. Bill follows La Crosse Public School Weather Guidelines and a “safety first” policy.
